I play 1 min games and last week I see that my time runs much faster than by my opponents. It cannot be explained only by the server getting slow, in that case both players would have the same situation. E.g. I make a move within 1 sec and see 10 sec my time are lost. And I have 100 mbit internet good enough for connection. Any explanations ?

It happens to both players. Your clock can appear to jump on your opponent's screen.
