Yes, the same position repeated three times is a draw, but on this website you have to hit the draw button after the repetition has occurred. As to your other point, I am pretty sure your rating is based on wins loses, and draws regardless of whether they were checkmates or resignations.

i think theres a rule stating that, but last time i tried it, it didnt work. would be nice if this could be fixed.
also, there is a phrase that sais: a good chess player knows when to give up. but it seems to me that giving up costs more rating points then getting check mated...that doesnt really make sense to me (not 100% sure about this one. just feels like that)
