4 player chess collusion

I just wanted to mention that someone was repeatedly causing games to cancel, then resigned one, and this all in a minute, say 6+ games worth. When I finally was in a working game with this player, the player and another player both attacked me, in what appeared to be a coordinated attack. I would say putting a temp ban on anyone rejecting more than 2 games might help prevent this sort of thing. I realize it's for fun, but as a single person can't deal with collusion, that's not fun, nor were all the game cancels.
