A nice game that should have drawn!

Ok, so tonight I played this 5-minute game. I think it was a pretty nice game, I've annotated it below. I reached a winning position but I was in time trouble so I decided to force a draw. After the third repetition of the exact same position with the same side to move, I pressed the 'draw' button. Bad luck, since it didn't work.*

The game is annotated using Fritz 10.

*Normally, once you are entitled to the draw you can claim it in this way. Not today. I merely 'offered' a draw, which my opponent declined (I think by just playing on). He then went on to win on time. (that I threw my queen out with 0.2 sec on the clock is hardly decisive - everything would have lost on time after all).
