Aborting games after 19 moves

How is it possible for my opponent to abort the game as soon as I played 19. Nh6?

It isn't.  The server must have gone down for maintenance.

I always favour coincidence-based explanations too @baddogno but I’ve experienced no issues at all with the server going down for maintenance today...

Certainly no computer expert here, TexasPete, but it's my understanding that the level of expertise necessary to hack the chess.com servers and get the game aborted is usually reserved for serious digital felonies.  The timing though certainly looks suspicious, I'll give you that.  Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
