You can turn it off, but multiple premoves usually only work on desktop

Hi all,
I play a lot of 1-0 bullet games using the browser version on a windows desktop - with lots of premoving.
I 've recently gone back to trying android app - and, while the lag and speed of interaction are far better than the last time I attempted to use it, I'm still losing out on time waiting for the piece animation to catch up. so three questions relating to the android app:
1. is there a way to turn piece animation off?
2. is there a way to enable multiple premoves like the desktop version?
3. is it just me?
