jac1yn i've discovered there is lots posted on the web about this. It has to do with using any sort of phone service for internet and image compression. tmobile, vodaphone, the list is endless. But NO one has a solution!
There is NO WAY to switch off the ultra-annoying balloon that blocks out the chessboard each and every move.
CAN CHESS.COM HAVE AS A BOARD OPTION, A LOW RESOLUTION IMAGE BOARD SO AS NOT TO TRIGGER THIS POP-UP?? YOU HAVE LOTS OF BOARD CHOICES ALREADY! URGENT NEED FOR THIS ONE!!!
I was at a friends house yesterday who has in there home internet via phone and I got the same pop-up.
Whenever I move the curser back to the board, it gives me a meaningless message about hitting shift + a to improve the image. It blocks the board and interferes with play. Am I the only one getting this msg???
