Anyone else having trouble loading the play screen?

I play on the website version on my phone because I was experiencing other crippling issues on the app.  But now I can’t even load the screen to play a match.  I’ve tried it on two different phones, in different browsers, but the screen simply won’t load.  I’ve updated the browser apps, cleared cache, etc, but nothing settles the problem and the chess.com online assistance is useless.  Anyone else experiencing problems ?

There's a known issue with older versions of Safari and Chrome 137+. For Safari, newer versions should work and for Chrome, the stable version should as well .

Staff are working on a fixes for the Chrome issue

I'LL TRY CHROME. They keep sending messages to update Safari. My laptop is up to date. It's bad because you can't play sometimes when it's glitching.

FIXED-Repaired good as new.

This has been going on for weeks that's now close to being months.

Happen to me also, as of yesterday. I cannot play. I have run updates on my computer and restarted several times. All other websites and computer functions are working fine.

Yeah same thing with me, my laptop is updated to the newest version. I have also cleared my cache and data regarding chess.com, idk its just funny its happening again like a year later.

Are you on a school/corporate device?

If so, your device has software or filter that is blocking code

Staff here are looking into a method to bypass that, but it might not happen quickly. You should be able to access everything in a device without any restrictions.
