I don't usually play daily chess (and I'm also not in the 600-800 rating range), but you can find challenges by letting the computer pair you. The more rated games you play, then generally, the more accurately the computer pairings will pair you with a similarly rated opponent.
If you also want to try unrated live chess for learning sometime, we could play a game or two of that as well, but yeah, just try the regular open seeks if you want to avoid manually finding opponents in the forums
