why is it that everytime I play someone with a diamond, I am getting weak signal from chess.com which makes me lost time or even disconnect me? I checked my wifi signal with strong strength each time.

You lost one whole game to a diamond member out of your last 400 games. Meanwhile, you won three and got one draw (to diamond members).
It doesn't seem like a big problem.

I would also like to share my bad experience. Opponents clock is paused for quite a long period. This happens in last seconds of game when opponent is on the verge of losing despite internet connection is good. I have experienced this a lot of times.

You have recently been playing 1 minute bullet games after playing more than 18,000 blitz games. You may not have a good enough connection to play bullet.
What does "quite a long time" mean? 2 seconds? 10 seconds? Three minutes?
