just lost a game on time because of this bloody slowness. Chess.com do something about this crap performance because this ridiculous! do you guys treat it seriously at all? I can see a lot of other posts reporting similar issues without any response. This is a fundamental piece of software which at times is unusable. Looking forward to hearing back from you

chess.com the connectivity issues are horrendous. I've lost games just because of the issues not allowing me to play. Please fix them.
Not sure if it's just me experiencing this problem but I've been having issues with the interface lagging heavily. I can hear a sound of someone making a move and it takes extra few seconds for me to see it. It's not only the server performance that seems to be an issue as often my checkboard locks and I'm unable to move a piece and get stuck in between. At some point I thought it was because I was using a trackpad but the same thing happens with a regular mouse. It's highly frustrating especially when being short of time on the game clock.
