Thanks for you responses. It makes me feel a bit better because I want to make sure the problem is not with some virus or other issue with my system. The problem I mentioned had resolved itself for a day or so after I posted the message, but has returned. Hopefully, it will get fixed.
The script issue has not been resolved for me still and I have not been able to play chess at chess.com for around a week. While it seems the problem wasn't unique to me, it also doesn't appear to be a problem shared by everyone since I doubt the problem would be left unsolved if it was. Can others give feedback on this issue.
I have tried several different ways like connecting by my cell-phone, tablet and desktop computer during the last few weeks, sometimes there is no problem but most of the time the appearance of the board is not complete and it is like to play a blind chess!
I've had the same issue and it has negatively affected my experience playing on chess.com.
If chess.com is reading this, I ask them to address the issue ASAP because when you don't see chess pieces, the website is totally meaningless! Such a substantial online community of chess should not suffer from this annoying and fairly easy to fix problem.
I am positive that my internet connection is not an issue as websites with heavy content load perfectly and swiftly....
I very much look forward to seeing this issue resolved

Hi. On more than one occasion I had to resign due to some issues with the site programming or (whatever).
After making my moove, my clock was still elapsing, The opponent thought it was his/her moove and I was helpless to persuade them that it was their turn.
Please solve this issue.

I never experienced problems with the old site but haven't been able to play on my tablet of late. I need my chess fix Help!
I'm having an issue where my ENITRE board doesn't show up except for the two white bishops
It's been several days now that the board doesnt show my pieces when playing live. What's going on?

I have the same problem. Board is automatically getting resized improperly and the clock is cut down from down.
[I USE CHESS.COM ON GOOGLE CHROME DESKTOP]
Half of my peices arent loading
I also have the same problem. No pieces are loading. I played earlier this morning before a class and everything was fine, opened the site after class and it was all gone. Never had this issue before. Please help @chess.com

Same! I'm having the same issue. Pieces aren't loading although I see the board.
I have encountered problems playing live chess. Specifically, the problem right now is that the chess board doesn't load properly and leaves certain pieces appear as blank. On other occasions in the recent past, the game wouldn't load at all and often I would also get a "live chess unavailable" message. While I am still able to occasionally play the game, it has become very much a guessing game as to when the program will load properly. Anyone else has had the same problem?
