Board flickering/lagging in Live

Just entered a bullet tourney and the board kept flickering such that it was hard to see my opponents move, I had to guess on a few occassions. There was also incredible lag on each of my moves. Managed something like four moves in 20 seconds. And I know its not the alcohol.

What operating system, browser and browser version are you using?

Rather than starting a new topic, I will also point out that I am using the latest version of Firefox and on occasion get games where a piece lags behind my cursor. It is more distracting than anything as the piece, when unclicked, goes to where the cursor is.
