Also have you tried a cache clear to see if that helps at all?
They won't help you. They will ask about what OS and browser you're using 300 times and then they won't do anything.
Actually, Jaclyn is an amazingly helpful person who has successfully solved problems for hundreds of members.
My OS is Windows 7 and my browser is Firefox (the latest version)

Dude OS doesn't really matter as long as its not like Windows 2 or something...as long as ur browser is Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer it is good -_- this is why i think pointless chess.com ask about browser and OS cause they really dont matter
The reason we ask for OS and browser is because we need to know how to replicate the problem. Sometimes bugs show on Mac OSx that won't show on Windows or Linux. Sometimes bugs show on IE that don't show on Safari or Chrome :)
@Wishmaster_89- Have you tried a cache clear recently?
Recently I have experimented the following bug: When I am watching another game and I change of window(I guess) then the game get bug and the time doesn't go correctly, the moves made on the board aren't ok, etc.. I want to know if somebody's else happens the same and how can I repair that problem..
