I'm pretty sure bullet is 2 minutes and less. Blitz is 2-5 minutes and standard is 5 or more.
you'll have to double check though because that might not be right

I once played 10 minutes here and it was my only blitz game.
I'm pretty sure it is neccessary at least 15 minutes to be standard, unless they changed this since april 2010 (I don't play Live here since then).
No, standard on this site is from 15 minutes upwards. (Not counting increments, 10 minutes would be standard if there is an 8 seconds increment or so.)
Oh okay, I see you edited it now.
Withoout looking to see if the #'s have already been posted here is the list from the help pages:
As a reference, here are the basic pre-sets available in Live:
| Time Control | Estimated Length | Game/rating type |
| 5 | 0 | 5 minutes | Blitz |
| 10 | 0 | 10 minutes | Blitz |
| 2 | 12 | 10 minutes | Blitz |
| 3 | 0 | 3 minutes | Bullet |
| 4 | 4 | ~6.5 minutes | Blitz |
| 15 | 10 | ~22 minutes | Standard |
| 1 | 5 | ~4.5 minutes | Blitz |
| 1 | 0 | 1 minute | Bullet |
Oh, and this from that page too, using average game length of 40 moves (with increments):
Bullet rating - For games under 3 minutes.
Blitz rating - For games of 3 minutes to 14 minutes.
Standard rating - For games 15 minutes and longer.
That chart doesn't include lag and isn't accurate for a 60 move game.
It may not be accurate but it does reflect how the site rates games at those time controls.
