Bullet Chess and the St. Georges opening

Why is St. Georges opening so popular in bullet chess ? I sometimes wonder if my opponent is a human or a machine with various humorous names that has been preprogrammed to use St. Georges opening in the bullet context.

Clearly this opening is designed to confuse players into (after 2..., b5) making a mistake ... I mean this is as bad as playing 2. Qh5!

An example of what is going on in a typical St. Georges opening, a rarely used opening in normal chess, however mysteriously popular in bullet chess.

I think that 4.Bd3 was inaccurate. Perhaps 4.d5 was better?

Black hopes that you play d5 - then the pawn chain can be undermined, and the kingside would be weakened if you tried to defend with f3.

I'm thinking of using the english opening 1.c4, although I think the st.george is easy to premove for most setups.

5. e5 seemed like the best way to defend the e4 pawn at the time (1min game). Otherwise the bishop + knight take the pawn. Now its clear Qe2 would defend the pawn.

However then black can play c5, and if white does not take black can play c4.

I think if the center pawn moves to d5 then the e4 pawn will be pressured even more, after the 5. Qe2 line, if black can play c4 then the light squared bishop is trapped, so 5... c5, 6. c3, c4 7. Bc2 and the position is cramped, white has to play f3 at some stage too, to defend e4 and would like to play d5.
