Bullet Timeouts

This is a clockproblem reported one year ago. Today the fora are still full of complaints about timeglitches. I don’t see this on other sites, only on lag.com. Faq adresses poor connection issues only. If that were correct i should see the same complaints on other sites, wich I don’t. I rest my case.
Experiencing lag now. All other sites function perfect. So lag.com will be sure it’s my connection wich fails. Logical.

Ok there is a SERIOUS lack of accuracy on chess.com when it comes to Bullet games, to the point of being ridiculous. So many games lost on ‘Timeout’, even when there are several seconds left, or even when the ‘winner’ has LESS time remaining. Unless someone can provide info to the contrary it seems like a problem on their end. Never have this issue elsewhere. It seems as though you have to win with a safe 10 seconds just to be sure, which defeats the point of 1 minute games. Thoughts anyone?
