Miona from chess.com is USELESS for HELP

I have been trying to get problems fixed on this site for about a year now! I have ALL the emails back and fourth to show how USELESS Miona is! The site has given me NO other option to fix my problems except they keep sending this BOT A! Miona who says she is human but does not listen or follow simple instructions! So if your thinking about becoming a Paying Member here i would consider another site! Oh wait a minutes! ALL OTHER SITES ARE OWNERD BY CHESSS<COM except LIchess which is having problems of their own! And thats only cause of ALL Ex chess.com paying member playing there!!! FACT!
