No, three is no option to block based on actual or listed location. Also, if you abort too often as a percentage of recently completed games you'll lose the ability to abort.
Can I block players from certain countries
Exactly….I wonder why they dont have this option simply for the sake of “ respecting different people “
yech... you have a "personal dislike", not for an individual, or certain individuals, but for everyone from a particuar country? You know what that's called, right?
Whenever I’m losing, I’ll just close the browser. I don’t care if it isn’t honourable, u will get the win either way. I have no problem with people aborting chess games against me, It doesn’t waste as much time as them playing out a losing position
Yes, you can block players from certain countries using geo-blocking tools or server-side restrictions. This is typically done through IP filtering, firewall rules, or settings within your game or platform’s backend.

Can u explain more trying to block India too
He did not/does not know what he is talking about. He' was only giving general advice for websites, etc. You cannot block players by country at Chess.com, which is a good thing. Nor can you use any "IP filtering" or firewalls to block players. Chess.com is a client/server website, not peer-to-peer. In other words, when you play Chess here, the moves of each player go to the server and are relayed to both players from there. Ergo, your local hardware has no idea where your opponent resides and cannot filter anything.
