Can't play Live Chess with a friend!

A message saying that my friend is not currently available for live games is displayed, although we both are online!

Please help! Thank you!

You both have to be logged in to the live server.  Just logging into chess.com isn't enough.  I'll go get you a link...

Live is in the second part of the article.  Hope that helps.  If you're on mobile, I don't have a clue.

Is it also possible when both are playing on the app on iPhone?
