In fact I never had intentionally adopted unfair means. Many games had either been abandoned or unable to be continued due to failure in electricity supply or disruption in internet connectivity. Pleae forgive me and allow me to resume play live chess. Henceforth, I will abide by rules and regulations of the chess.com website.

Its also my probolem .beItween game several times net problem arise or server intrupted the game and not reconnect successfully. due to this reason i lost my so many games & rank also. Several times after start game server intently abort the game . Since last 5 days i am facing . intently abort by server i lost so many games .It is unfair with the lovers of chess . Loss of game hit the cool mind of players & hesitation to love with chess.com also. Server puts us for long wait after messege of 5 min..& not connecting. I think unfair play should be messeged to the members.after that the account should be resticted only for 1 or 2 days only. Regularly repeting, account should be suspend for 10 days.this term give the chance to fairplay to the members after knowing their unfair play.
