Correction. It works now. I will write when the problem returns again.
Can't play live chess
Bobyyyy,
We are currently investigating this. May I ask a few questions?
1/ What operating system, browser and browser version are you using?
2/Can you please clear your cache and see if that helps.
3/ If that doesn't help, can you let me know if you see any errors in browser console?
what kind of internet speed do you have? Slazer635
hi...when i hit a new game, and i take a piece, i cant put de piece in the correct place and block the game, look the picture... what can i do??? thanks..
Looks like you definetly need faster internet to play live games Eliza99 I think atleast 2mbps dowload speed.
I am also having this problem all the sudden, it was working just fine yesterday. I just cleared my cache also and that didn't help.
How does it look now? Is that permanent or temporary issue?
I too am having this issue whereas I never had it before. I have cleared my IE cache and the issue still persists. My internet connection is perfect (checked by surfing other websites, even this website along with the fact that I am to listen to online radio and watch YouTube videos fine. Whatever the staff was doing it'd be best to revert to a prior day or week's changes or someone should flat-out rectify this.
IE on Windows 8.1

It seemed like a temporary issues for me. Yesterday it just started to work again, I didn't even have to try a hard refresh.
laserflip: please log out and back in to chess.com and retry live chess then. Does it fix the issue perhaps?
I would like to file a bug report. I am unable to play or see any live chess game. If I go to "live.chess.com" then the page loads indefinitely (forever) and then says "problem loading page". The problem happened after I set "Board Size" to "Real 3D (beta)" in Settings. I tried to set it back. I tried to change the browser. I also tried to reset live chess layout in Settings. I recently upgraded to premium (Diamond) membership.
