rematch must be accepted by other player...if he accepts it - you jump right to another game in the momment he clicks on "accept"

Hi everyone, I've some doubts: Can I talk to anybody on the chat or only to my friends? The thing is that when I joined this web I couldnt talk on the chat but I can now, why? The second question is this: when a challenge finishes I try to rematch but after pushing "rematch" this option disappears and it doesnt happen anything! why?? Regards!!
