yes. I have had it appear that my opponents clock was running when it was actually a disconnect. I was the one losing time. I even submitted the same move 3 times. It may have been the browser.

about a month ago during a one minute game with no bonus time, my opponent and i were both near 20 seconds. I was losing and yet the other player didn't make a move until his time got to about 5 seconds and then before i could move his time jumped back to about 45 seconds (without him making a move and there was no bonus). Of course i lost and i kept asking him how that happened but he didn't reply. At first i thought that he must have cheated but the same thing happened today but this time the jump was only 2 seconds, so maybe a bug.
I thought i should mention. Any similar experiences?
