Connection problems from ipad

I've been unable to play for teh past week or so from my ipad app. Get into a game and it continually says loading, the opponenents clock goes in circles, and eventually I get the lost on time message...... Any ideas? Internet connection is fine, access to all other sites works perfectly.

I am having the same problem on my android and on my rt surface tablet. I am going to try reloading. Please post if you solve your problem.

I have the same problem on my ipad app as Adodwin06550. It is doing my rating no good at all. Chess.com is fine on my pc but I dare not use it now on my ipad. Also I got a rude message not to abort or abandon games when it was the app's fault. Not mine.

This bug needs fixing fast.

I am also having connections problems when using the IPad app, but I can connect on my IPad if I go to Chess.com and go Live Games. I have also lost a lot of games on time due to this problem.

I no longer play on my Ipad for that very reason. Lost a lot of games and pissed off a lot of players. It appeared like it was their move, but it was mine. Don't use your Ipad. Iphone works fine.

We've corrected a lot of important bugs in our last update. Can you guys please confirm that you've got the latest version from the App Store?

Okay, okay, I haven't downloaded the latest app because I haven't upgraded my operating system, but the old app was working fine until about two weeks ago.

Sometimes the mobile apps have to be updated to be kept in step with changes made to the Live Chess server itself.
