To confirm, you say when you get a message from chess.com saying your connection has been interrupted, you also see that your network icon says no internet access?
Sounds like you have an intermittent connection problem where you lose internet connection for a second or two.

It just happend when i am in live chess and my connection is intrrupted
I thinks when i can't connect to a site windows shows No internet access.
But my problem is not because of my conection..
Its about site problems
I dont see any problem with connection in the other chess sites yet
maybe i am wrong..
I use Google Chrome and Win 10 and I am having a lot of problems with my internet conection
See if you can update your browser.
A few months ago I was having terrible issues with my live chess connection, and my internet was fine everywhere else. Nothing I tried worked, then I realized my browser (Microsoft Edge) had an update available... and the problems completely went away.
No guarantee it'll work for you, but worth a try!

Hi all..
I have some problems with connection..
I use Windows 7 Ultimate..
And i see a new problem..:
Normaly my connection is correct and i see Internet access at the win7 taskbar..
when my connection intrrupted and i see the massage i see No internet access at the taskbar !
But there is note a problem with connection..
When i see that if i type another address for example www.google.com i see the site and again see Internet access !
Or sometimes i have restart the network adapter..
I think when the connection with site is not correct it happends..
I want to know about this...
