Existe um erro de script em pleno jogo, já por duas vezes que acontece e perco pontos como se tivesse abandonado o jogo o que não é verdade.

Seria bom corrigir ou provavelmente terei de desistir.

Obrigado

This has happened to me before. 2 games in a row disconnected and lost 2 easily won games. I created a new account and it hasn't happened since.

For months I have had no problems. As of about a week ago I cant hardly play a game without freezing pieces. I have not changed anything on my computer and I don't have problems on any other sites. I have lost many timed games simply because I cant move. Is it because they now have so many members there server cant keep up?

Since being changed over from the old games interface to the "new interface" everything is as expected, but unfortunately when I attempt to access a game to play IT REFUSES TO LOAD !? Finished games also refuse to load !? My connection is by Android and I'd no problems playing with the "old interface". Any suggestions ? messi000.

What browser?

Clear your cache and try again, might just be some bad cached files.

Any work on chess.com behind the scenes lately (11/9, 11/10)?  In the last hour, I've had connection problems playing live in 3 games when I have rarely had such problem.  Two of them aborted.

I just lost connection and was really having fun...hate this how can I find my last game so I can play them again?

The computer should detect your lag level and compensate your time.

The system does accommodate some lag but it is limited.

i have an excellent internet connection 95%-99% of the time. plenty of memory space, yet within this past week i have experienced continual disconnects on live chess only  , very frustrating, now it seems to be back to normally

I have been having this problem for some time now. I go to watch a live game and it fails. It only seems to be live content. This has been going on for a week. Anyone know what is going on here. My internet is fine and everything else I use works just the chess.com live site has problems.

I've had these problems. It also depends what place your at.

i feel unpaid members are being automatically disconnected in between a running game by the server.

I agree. This is probably true. I'm sure they can activate your web cam as well.

I am a gold member but the connection issues are getting so bad I am looking for another chess server.

When it's a server-side issue, everyone will have difficulties, not just a few. That's, in fact, how you can tell it is server-side. They couldn't play favorites even if they wanted to. And it doesn't matter that other sites may work fine for you. Most sites are not live and can use cached content. Even YouTube does this: even so-called 'live' streams have a multi-second delay... videos are downloaded in chunks, stored on your device then used when needed, giving you a smooth viewing experience despite any lag and momentary disconnects. But a chess game cannot be cached. The most common problem is with a users upload speed: if it takes, say, half a second for data from your device to reach chess.com's server, you're going to have problems with short time controls. A good idea is to check your ping. If it's much over 100ms, you might want to stick with time controls longer than Blitz or Bullet. Check your ping by typing /ping in Game Chat.
