Maybe he just doesn't want to play. If that is the case he (or you) should just cancel the game as it won't impact ratings. The draw won't either for that matter. Games with less than a certain # of moves (4 I think) don't get rating changes.

i played a game recently.after that i proposed to my opponent for a rematch...he accepted it but he immediately proposed me a draw.he didnt want to click to accept i said.when i asked him why he wants to draw he didnt answer.i asked him twice but no responce.
i then declined draw several times but he didnt stop.he continued asking for a draw repeatedly without explaining the reason
we didnt play any moves and i know that there is no reason not to accept draw.but i figured this:is there any trick behind this?what was his secret purpose?any suggestions,ideas,reasons why??
