Several people do this in Live Chess: When they are loosing they disconnect, and they win on time. The last user who did this to me is chilakil . Please do something with the software and play no more with this people!

This should not be possible. It might be that you actually lost connection to the Live Chess during a game and it made it appear as it the opponent had disconnected when they were actually still in the game and had played their next move and were awaiting your next move.

Please understand that we are continually working hard to improve the connection to and stability of the Live Chess for our players.

This has happened to me on several occasions, and also when an opponent just blunders the opening within a couple of moves even, or another one is when they don't get the color that they want they instantly quit after I've made my first move as White! I believe that as long as the game has been agreed to that a loss should be recorded to these people no matter what! The ONLY exception being on a "natural" disconnect which can be verified vs a closed web tab. And in the disconnects the system should execute an automatic 5 minute adjournment to give the player time to reboot his computer even if needed and continue from where left off. But, no matter what, these types of abusers using the loopholes in the software to book wins out of losses and to disconnect to avoid losses altogether is unethical, messes up everyone's ratings, and takes away from the sites integrity IMO. These concerns MUST be rectified, and done so with top priority IMO. A good chess site is only as good as the integrity of the people running it and strong reliable and trustworthy software. Thanks for letting me weigh in on this VERY important and problematic topic.

I have repeatedly had that, too. Just now, just after getting a won position  I got the message "server shutdown". It is not often, but too frequently "co-incidentally "happens when someone is in a lost position.I do not even understand how it is technically possible.
