If it is still happening, you probably should open a ticket so staff can look into it.

Hello Chess men,
I had my live game abandoned unexpectedly and declared the other player as winner.
Does this happen often here with you or it is just me ??
I wasn't late or disconnected , It just happened with me for the 4th time now and I was at the beginning of the game and was on time .the last game link is here .
