have you tried disabling "multiple games" in your live chess settings? If you are using the full board they should be located in the top right hand corner of your screen. Once clicked on, go to the sub tab " play" in the box that opens and disable the option to play multiple games.
If you are using the simple board, you can find settings right under the main chat box.
Hopefully that helps and fixes your problem.
Sometimes I click the link to start a new 10m game in Live Chess, but two games open immediately after each other. I'm not so good that I can carry on two blitz games at once, so one game gets aborted. Why do two games open? And if a game is aborted because I haven't moved in the second game, does that affect my rating??
