Epic tournament fail?

Ok, so I was just playing a 5 | 0 tournament in Live Chess, and my third opponent never showed up and the 5 minutes passed after my first move. After that, I get a notofication that my tournament doesn't exist, than another one saying I am not allowed to play in this tournament and then I see that I LOST the game I just "played" and lost 10 rating points.

 

Three words. What the hell?

Except I was checking that tab regularly and browsing other sites in the meantime.
