Fair play?

Hi all

I have just finished play in a bullet tournament and at the end of one game, chess.com messaged me that the opponent had possibly breached fair play, and yet he still had 30 seconds left. He had not made a move for more than 30 seconds; could that possibly have been the reason?

Also, is there somewhere on the site that actually lists ALL "fair play" guidelines?

Thanks all.

Yeah you have to make a move within half of your total time in Live Tournaments. E.g. a 10 minute game, you can't spend 5 minutes on a move. So for bullet you can't spend 30 seconds on a single move.

Ah! That explains it. Thanks. Is there somewhere on the site that actually states rules like that?

I think it might be on the live chess FAQ. I remember reading it one time... but I can't remember exactly where.

Found it!
