I can’t even find tournaments near my area. How do you find them easily? Btw I think you should try taking a break from tournaments idk or try watching couple tips from GM’s. (I never been an OTB tournament so my advice probably isn’t helpful)

There are some chess sites that tell you all of the upcoming tournaments in to area.

Hey guys, some of you all might have seen my other topic on how I got stuck in 1500 then was able to break through in an recent tournament. Here I am again though at 1500
. After the tournament I had crossed into 1609 rating, I tilted down to 1593. Then 1515, and all the way to 1495 
. Recently in the past week, I was able to play in a strong tournament, in which I almost got into top 3, but lost my winning game in the last round. This allowed me to get to 1509 again. I study for at least an hour day like doing puzzles, reviewing and playing my games, and reading chess books. Please post if you have any idea on how to cross 1500 otb or how I should study. I have a tournament this weekend too so please help
