Try going to http://www.chess.com/clear_cookies.html before attempting to log into the Live Chess.

I use firefox, and all day Chess.com would not let me join live chess using that browser. I hate using IE. Is there anyway that this issue can be resolved? It was also buggy on the login page using ff. I accept all cookies, and have the latest version of everything, btw.
