Frozen rating

Hello all - yet another rating question I'm afraid!

A friend of mine has, what looks like, a frozen rating. He is rated 1362 with his best win being against a 1038 player on Aug 10 (which was me at the time!). 1038 is also the average rating of his opponents (which seems like a weird coincedence!). His best rating is 1362 (Aug 10). His rating hasn't changed at all since Aug 10 even though he has played plenty of games. All his games have been rated games.

Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem?

Hi Kohai - his username is ajmullen1. Any help you might have would be very much appreciated!

If you check the games history, click 'View' by the games.. then under the 'Details' tab on each of those games, you'll see where it says 'unrated'.

Thats why his ratings didn't change :)
