Game abandoned as soon as it loads

I try to start a new game, I wait for the new game to load, then as it loads I get a message saying that I've abandoned the game. My account is now restricted because of this. Is anyone else having a similar problem? I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to prevent it.
The funny thing is that I keep getting the popup asking if I would like to upgrade to a premium account lol. Why would I pay to have my account restricted because of bugs that are out of my control?
