did you close the browser or disconnect? it counts as abandoned if you disconnect more than 5 mins.

Browswer was left open, my internet is always on so I didnt disconnect either.

I am new to live chess here, and I am unsure why my last game got counted as a loss for game abandoned. I had to step away from my computer for about 7 minutes, I still had plenty of time left on my clock (over 7 minutes + 10 sec inc). However, when I got back it showed the game as a loss for me. Are you not allowed to leave your computer once you start a game even if you will be back well before your clock runs out?
