Game audio in Live...

Are the site owners insane?  If I play bullet I don't want to hear the stupid 'setup' or 'new game' sound over and bloody over!  I'm not using bloody wooden pieces! And what the hell is with the new challenge sound?  It's bloody stupid and annoying!  Bring back the old sounds.

They stole the setup sounds from FRITZ!  I HATE that sound.  At home I don't HAVE to have it!  Here?  It's like a bloody Gulag!  You'll LOVE what we give you or hit the bloody ROAD!

i agree chungle..its ridiculous.. if we you start a game you should be paying attention and know when the game starts, we dont need a sound to tell us

To be clear, I like an audio cue....just not the 'emptying wooden pieces on board' sound.  You go insane during a session when you're playing at a rate of almost 30games/hr! 

Oh, and while I'm complaining; dim that anoying 'your turn' highlight on the clock...it's anough to generate an epileptic seizure!

Thanks.  It would REALLY be nice to CHOOSE some audio!  AND...wow, how about a little DOT by the clock?  OR JUST OUTLINE the numbers.  Man, there are a MILLION ways to improve the interface!

Oh OH, another thing!  That wretched BOOK cheat baloney is still there!  MUST you advertise the OPENING to my OPPONENT?  Would I IN REAL LIFE tell them what OPPENING I'm playing?  Does that in any way shape or form make sense when I'm trying to WIN?

BUT! If you HAVE to HAVE it...place the bloody thing someplace where I don't inadvertantly click on the bloody thing after a game.  I must hit that ten times a session.  It's ANNOYING and SLOWS me down.

Making the sounds user selectable would be a good idea, but you really need to chill out: it's not that bad.

What is the book cheat?  I play with the iPad app, and I only see the book in daily chess games. 

Live chess displays the name of the opening!  So not "book", rather "line"  Since I play a limited number of openings that means opponents don't have to work very hard to prepare against me. 

I have NEVER been to an OTB tourney where the arbiter comes by and whispers the name of the opening in my ear as I'm playing.  CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT!!!!
