Could program make errors ?

 and How and do you correct ?

I had a check mate on my last move of a game before time ran out

YET IT WAS CALLED A DRAW     BIG ? WHY ?

Thanks , that explaination is probably right. am not sure exactly that my time ran out. I thought naturaly  I did it time. Again thanks

My opponent had 0:00.0 & I had 0:00.1 - bullet. Why didn't I won if he run out of time?
