Game not available in live mode !! - Chess Forums

I encountered severe problem...I reported the problem via "Help" option on the site and by mail also, but didn`t receive any reply so far.

So, during three of my games, blitz 10 minutes, the screen suddenly changed to analysis mode and I got the message "The game no more available in live mode", after that I couldn`t make any move, but my time was ticking ! So my time run out and got the loss as if I abandoned the games, with the losing my rating points. The first one happened after just 5 moves the second some later but in better position for me, the third in absolutely winning one.
Someone met the same problem, may be ?!

There was apparently some server maintenance around that time. Likely the cause of your issues.

Martin, it would be fine if that was the problem. But a bit strange, if in that case no one else reported it...Anyway - I got the reply from the support today, they will troubleshoot that and notify when it will be fixed.

There were a number of similar topics about game aborts around the same time.

I didn`t find them, only topics about the clock lag, that is not what happened in my games. Hope that the problem soon will be fixed.
