Game Won By Resignation Not Showing in Stats

I was in a long game with someone and battling to stay in it. And when I finally took his queen to go well ahead, he just resigned. It’s not showing on my total wins and I didn’t get any points for it. It is showing in my completed games. What’s the deal here!? That’s super unfair cause I was right in position to win
What does that mean? Or how does it get defined as unrated?
