With all due respect, you're taking the opposite meaning from what is, in fact, a polite gesture.
The message "gg" means "good game," clear and simple. It's like a handshake; an act of civility. Coming from the victor, it may mean "good game" in the sense of "you played well," or in the sense of "I enjoyed playing" (even a mismatched game can be pleasurable to win).
Either way, it's just good manners.
