Blitz is worthless for someone serious about learning chess. Take your time and figure out your moves as you play.

Recently, my rating keeps increasing although I am not playing any better (I feel). I just win on time most of the games (and mostly in worse positions). My chess is not getting any better but my rating keeps increasing. I want to win with better positions, not on time
. Any advice?
On the other hand, I enjoy this new rating and maybe I will be happy playing worse chess and getting more rating lol.
