Sometimes you make good moves during a game and are accurate.  Sometimes your opponent is a patzer and makes you look good.

Here's a trick to getting really high accuracy percentage: play quiet, closed games.

If you play sharp, tactical games, any suboptimal move will cost you a lot of accuracy %. But if you play a quiet, more positional game, you can get like a 98% accuracy whilst still being outplayed.
