How Do I Give Someone a Game Trophy?

It's been always complicated, but now it seems to be more complicated than ever...

After a game gets finished u can send a game trophy....only works in play(beta)...

You can also open a game from your archive and click on the information tab. Then you'll see a "Send Award" option.

I don't have this option... I checked.

You have open the game with a web browser, not the apps.

I play with both Firefox and Chrome but  I dont' see this option  with either browser.

I wonder if game awards are a premium feature.

Is it that way for all your archived games?

It's not a premium feature......Its there in pay(beta)....

I believe that if your opponent has disabled direct messages in their privacy settings, then the system won’t allow you to send awards to that member either.

One of my archived games didn’t have the send award option. That opponent didn’t allow direct messages to be sent to them.

I think you only can send awards to friends in chess.com

you search your friend's name in the search box on the left, click your friend's name, click More, and then send award option pops up.

OP is talking about game trophies, not awards.

However; you can send awards to anyone, just not with a custom message to someone who isn't on your friend list
