You need the secret handshake. There's probably a good reason they haven't given it to you by now.
Being an Admin looks easy at times but is work. Taking on the task of Invites, Team Matches and Vote Chess mainly. Just take one of them and it can slowly wear you down over a period of time.
Not to mention every time something happens in the group you get a message even if you created the event. It like opening boxes all day on a busy day. As you can not ignore them when your an Admin vs being just a member.
Sure you have the extra time? And it will have an influence on your games i say take away 5-10% of how you play on a good day.
