Here is the layout of the board with black to move next. How does white win?

White - king on a7, rook on a5, rook on g2

Black - king on b3, bishop on b5, rook on c1, knight on d6, pawn on h4

Black is playing for the win, White is hoping to squeak out with a draw.

p.s. I'm beginning to think that the position has been incorrectly described by the OP. My guess is that Black and White's material has been transposed.

It is Black to move next, according to the OP.
