chess.com brags to have the smart cheat detection algorithm but yet it fails over and over... I was playing a Swiss 960... I lost to a lower rated player because I simply blundered... I lost the next game because I again lost a lower rated player who was actually highly rated in normal chess... but then I got the warning that I was cheating... Crazy!

It’s statistics. If they are 99 % sure they don’t understand there is the 1 other percent. They judge without giving you a chance to defend yourself. Wouldn’t be accepted in a civilized society. But it’s there site.
