Not everyone uses @chess.com emails on the site and not everyone uses their own names or usernames in the email address
are there any solutions for internet explorer 8 because the deleting cookies and history is not working for me
The first link didn't work. I still have the same problem
the second link takes me to the chess.com home page
no I have ca security. It comes with optonline but I have had this for about 5 years.

i,raghav as per my experience wants to highlight some problem's faced by me regularly.At first,one of the most important problem i keep on facing is that,whenever i try to log in chess-3 most of the times it takes too much time to get into it,sometimes it never get open and i had to switch to live chess-2.
Secondly,whenever i try to accept someone challenge of game,sometimes or rather most often the page dont get open and it keep on surfing leading to game abort and i have to relog on live chess-3.again.
I hope these things should be taken care of by staff.

Please remember that live chess 3 is still in its testing phase, so yes there will be bugs on there.
If and when you find them, can you document them in as much detail as possible please and email them to me, including which browser and version you're using so i know which one to use when i try to replicate this for you. Can you mail them to this address please kohai@chess.com

I have cleared my chess.com cache - using the link provided in an earlier posting & can login to everything except Live Chess (At least for playing purposes) - see the screen dump picture which shows graph of users in "Standard" Live Chess but players zero. I am sure you will fix it soon and am waiting with baited breath (!) The weekend is fast dwindling ...
